When you order from a local florist, you're working directly with a team of professional floral designers who understand the community and personally create your arrangement. We can answer questions, customize designs, and provide personal attention that large online flower companies often cannot.

Our arrangements are designed to closely reflect the style, colors, size, and overall look shown in the photograph. However, flowers are a natural product, and availability changes with the seasons and daily market supply.

For that reason, your arrangement may contain different flowers than those pictured. When substitutions are necessary, our designers select flowers of comparable value, quality, color, and overall appearance. Our goal is always to preserve the feeling and beauty of the original design.

Every arrangement from Town & Country Gardens is individually designed by a professional floral designer. Flowers naturally vary in size, shape, color, and availability, and some varieties are only available during certain seasons.

We may occasionally substitute a flower when the exact variety shown isn't available. This allows us to provide the freshest flowers possible while maintaining the arrangement's intended color palette, style, size, and value.

The result may not be an exact copy of the photograph—and that's part of what makes a professionally designed floral arrangement special. Your arrangement will be uniquely created for you.

We are not allowed to deliver directly to a patients room or to a staff member at the hospital. We deliver to the reception desk and variy that the patient or employee is present.

Our delivery team will make every effort to safely deliver the flowers. Depending on the location and circumstances, we may leave the arrangement in an appropriate location, contact the recipient, or return the flowers to the shop and arrange another delivery.

When you place the order select the closest delivery window. Then in special instructions put the perfferred time and we will do our best to accommodate.

It is important that we have the recipients phone it any issues arise. We only use it after a first delivery attempt has been made

We deliver throughout the Fox Valley and surrounding communities. Delivery windows vary by destination and date; our team will confirm the available window at checkout or when your order is arranged.

We will contact or look up the obituary for each funeral and will schedule the flowers to be delivered a minumum of 2 hours prior to the visitation or service.
